The very own fine dining restaurant of Hacienda San Benito in Lipa City, Batangas, Terrazas de Barako, is overlooking a coffee plantation growing the exotic Philippine liberica, more commonly known as the Kapeng Barako. The restaurant breathes the freshest air coming from the organic produce surrounding the farm estate, and is graced with a cool breeze being atop the third coolest city in the Philippines.

Highly regarded British chef Teresa Lobb is the resident executive chef at Terrazas de Barako located in Hacienda San Benito. She has served as the personal chef of different personalities and royalty from the United Kingdom and has worked with notable princes all over Asia, earning her recognition from the renowned international gastronomic society Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs.
Hand-picked by Chef Teresa herself, Terrazas de Barako uses only the freshest ingredients grown at the organic farms at Hacienda San Benito. Using her Western and Asian influences, Chef Teresa gives us her own definition of fusion cuisine. She always brings something new to the table by introducing new dishes every month.
