Highly regarded British chef Teresa Lobb is the resident executive chef at Terrazas de Barako located in Hacienda San Benito. She has served as the personal chef of different personalities and royalty from the United Kingdom and has worked with notable princes all over Asia, earning her recognition from the renowned international gastronomic society Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs .During her tenure there she was feted for whipping up a wide array of dishes made from fresh organic produce – all of which are now at her convenient reach at Hacienda San Benito.

As a chef, she had always been interested in French cuisine and the finer cuts and qualities of food. It is of such interest to her eye that the plate and its contents are elevated to a seminal artform. The way in which the presentation is conceptualized from kitchen to table – the color, texture, and flavors surrounding the main item on the plate amidst contrasting, differential complements all conspire in producing exquisite gastronomic alchemy for her well-heeled clientele.
